$20 Credit for MyHabit

Good morning!  MyHabit is offering a $20 credit to you and me with your first purchase using my referral link!  They have great deals on children’s clothing and shoes so you may be able to get something for free!  MyHabit is one of my favorite daily deal sites.  Deals start at 12pm EST.  You can use my Amazon credits and they ship quickly.  My latest purchase was this coat and I love it!

T-shirt quilt

I’ve wanted to make Janie a t-shirt quilt for a long time but they can be pretty pricey.  I was going to start asking some friends and family if they would be able/interested in making one for me but this offer came up on Living Social.  The full size quilt with 30 t-shirts is only $85!  I also got 6% cash back by using Ebates.  I’m so excited to send in her shirts.  These would make a great gift for a graduate!  Tim happens to be the owner of lots of beer shirts.  Maybe I could make a lap blanket for the man cave 🙂

Patio Clearance at Target

We scored some good deals on patio furniture at Target, just in time for the completion of our covered deck!

Love seatWe found this love seat at one of our local stores on clearance (even though says they are not carried in the stores).  It was the floor model and has a scratch on one of the legs so we got 15% off the clearance price.  I got 10% off with the Cartwheel App and 5% off for using my Red card.  The retail price was $319 and we paid $172.

Deck 013

I got 10% off the pillow with the Cartwheel App.  However, the Target closest to us still has a number pillows so I may keep an eye on this one to see if the price goes down.  I found the garden stool on Sunday, once the 10% off coupon had expired.  However, it was 50% off of $69.99.  It was also the last one so I grabbed it!

Free Mom Conference

Two posts in one day!  I wanted to take a minute to let you know about a Free Mom Conference that starts today.  They have different presentations running each day.  Get Kids to Cooperate Without Yelling or Nagging, that’s one I really need to watch.  It’s free to sign up and you just watch the presentations that interest you.

It’s a first

We played tourist in our own city this weekend and went to the World of Coca-Cola.  I got free adult  tickets with the mycokerewards points that I collect from work so we just had to pay for the kids.

Funny thing is….my kids never had a Coke until Saturday (they’ve had Sprite but never a Coca-Cola).  I was thinking maybe it will work like those parents that find their kids smoking and make them smoke a whole pack.  So I took them to the tasting room and let them drink soda to their heart’s desire.

Sadly, it backfired and they were asking for a Coke yesterday.  Nolan even went to my parent’s house after church and told them that he could have a Coke, luckily Nana knew better.  You get a Coke bottle when you leave the museum so I told them they could have that and no more until they turn 12.  They agreed!
