Mummy cake balls

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

3/4 cup whole wheat flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup butter, softened

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

2 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup skim milk

1 – 2 bags of white candy melts

mini chocolate chips

Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl.  In a separate bowl, beat the sugar and butter until creamy.  Beat in the eggs and vanilla.  Add the milk and flour mixture a little bit at a time starting and ending with the flour.  Bake the cake balls in a cake ball maker for 4 – 5 minutes.  Let them cool while you melt the white candy melts, according to package.  Dip each ball in the candy melts until covered.  Add the chocolate chip eyes while they are still wet.  Reheat the candy melts and put it into a baggie.  Make a small cut in the baggie and pipe onto the cake balls.  This recipe made 36 cake balls.  One bag of candy melts was enough to cover 24 cake balls.
